Please ship samples resuspended in STERILE
ddH2O or Tris (and NOT TE)
via Fed Ex, UPS, Air Borne or Priority Mail. Samples will
be received Monday through Friday.
DNA
Sample and Labeling Requirements
Please
provide 8µL of DNA (either a PCR product or a plasmid)
and primers per reaction, both in well-labeled, 0.5 ml tubes.
Please label the DNA template sample tubes as follows:

Write
your first, middle and last name initials followed by
a "-" or a "#".
Example: If Daniel Lance Newman wanted to drop
off 3 DNA samples for sequencing, he would write DLN-1,
DLN-2, DLN-3 on each separate sample tube respectively.
This labeling method will help increase through-put and
avoid possible confusion that may arise from more complicated
labeling methods.
